Thank you for joining us as we all strive to learn more about good health through good nutrition and try and find ways for families to stay healthy.

We are totally committed to raising our 4 children with good health and nutritional habits.  As aspiring athletes, they are involved in soccer, football, basketball, volleyball and baseball so we have to be serious about our family's health and nutrition and we work hard to make healthy eating a priority in our home.  From pregnancy through adolescence I have seen firsthand what a difference good nutrition makes to one’s health.

That's why we were so excited to learn about the power of fruits and vegetables and the incredible difference a few little capsules can make in our lives; these capsules have made our family health and nutritional goals achievable, and we are well on our way down the Road to Better Health.   The scientific evidence speaks for itself and the doctors agree – eat 5-9 servings of fruits and vegetables everyday for good health.
